I would consider looking into a refresher course of some kind, or at least an extensive review program before taking the NCLEX. If you graduated 3 years ago and (I'm assuming) haven't really done work in a hospital setting in all that time, you need to review what you learned in school before practicing as a nurse. If I were in your shoes, I would focus on studying for the NCLEX & then look for jobs. Because you are 3 years out of school & not licensed yet, you will probably need some extra review. The job search in this area can be a full time job in and of itself, so I'd reccomend getting your license first. Good luck!
