I was wondering if anybody has signed up with AVANT HEALTHCARE PROFFESIONALS, a USA based agency for NURSES and PTs, which currently sponsors NCLEX-passers. Any updates with your application?

I have started this thread thinking we could update on the process that you are undergoing since US visa bulletin is fast moving.

I'm still waiting to be qualified with the program...my recruiter still clarifying some issues on my experience because I told them I am planning to end my contract next year on my current job the problem they dnt want me to stop working till the deployment.

Hi im also a applicant for avant, im done with my clinical assessment and english assessment last october 21, until now i havent heard any from them. Any advice on what should i expect? I dont know if i passed the clinical assessment but on the english part it says PASSED. THANKs.....

Was told I will be placed on Skype interview after my phone conversation with one of the Global recruiter. How long is that gonna take please?

In order to move your application forward, they request your current licence

Hi everybody,

Thanks for all the comments which are very usefull. I am interesting by Avant healthcare but I would need an explanation. I am in the process of having my RN licence in illinois.

what are the different steps after having the RN licence if you deal with Avant healthcare?

Hello im a new member here. Would like to ask if anyone of you has the same experience with me. I am a Hemodialysis nurse from the Philippines with 4 years of experience. I took the competency exam just recently and the website says i failed both english and clinical assessment by Avant. However, I cannot view the score or percentage on how did I fail. They have not reached me until now and Im a little bit anxious if I can still proceed with the application process. May I know if some of you had or having the same scenario with me ?

Hi grimreaper!! May i know the status of your application with avant? I also took their competency exam last week and haven’t heard from them til now.

What if you did not pass the avant clinical assesment? Would they still consider?
