I was wondering if anybody has signed up with AVANT HEALTHCARE PROFFESIONALS, a USA based agency for NURSES and PTs, which currently sponsors NCLEX-passers. Any updates with your application?

I have started this thread thinking we could update on the process that you are undergoing since US visa bulletin is fast moving.

Hi! i just finished the initial interview and is scheduled for clinical interview. What to expect from that?

I too have just finished the initial interview, gone well, but I'm terrified about the screening test. Did you do it? If yes, how did you find it to be?

The interviewer told me that there would be another clinical interview once I finish the screening test.

Yes ive done it. The screening test consists of 50 clinical nclex styled questions followed immediately by an English exam...all multiple choice. Once you log out you cannot reenter the exam. After that (after review of ur results) I went through a clinical interview where they assessed my skills and how often i perform them each week. They may probably give u done nursing scenario... Nothing too difficult just every day stuff based on ur area.once clinical interview was over my file went before the clinical team for a decision as to whether yo accept me into their program or not.Good luck. I too took the screening exam and the English test today. I have no idea if I pass or not in the nursing exam. But I'm sure that I've aced the English exam.

I assume that they did not tell you if you've passed the exam, right?

Any way, I think the next step for me is the clinical interview.

Yes they do tell you if you have passed. They apparently don't want you asking about it till they've reviewed it..but they will surely let you know if you have passed or not. By the time ur clinical interview cones around u should know.

just want to ask how many weeks did you wait from the initial interview to clinical interview? I had my initial interview 3rd week of August and I'm still waiting for my clinical interview until now.

Hi Kimbo,

I had my initial interview in the last week of August. Then I had to prepare for a Screening test and an English test. After 1 week they call you back to schedule a clinical interview. They will not tell you how much you got at the test, so don't ask.

Hi! thanks for the reply. It has been a month since I had the initial interview. I'm already done with the screening test and English test but I'm still waiting for the clinical interview. I hope that they will call me soon so I cant start with the next step already.

hi guys! I am also an applicant of Avant! I already finished those tests and initial interview. I had my clinical interview last August 28 and I'm still waiting for them to email me if I'm qualified or not.

Hi. I am also an avant applicant. I'm done with all the interviews, still waiting until now for the final decision. My recruiter told me I am qualified already based on my experience but they are not yet finish with the review of my file. Its almost 2 months but they cannot decide until now... Hoping for positive feedback...
