I was wondering if anybody has signed up with AVANT HEALTHCARE PROFFESIONALS, a USA based agency for NURSES and PTs, which currently sponsors NCLEX-passers. Any updates with your application?

I have started this thread thinking we could update on the process that you are undergoing since US visa bulletin is fast moving.

For those who signed up with AVANT, please. Share your experience with them here.

Avant requires the academic IELTS - regardless of requirements by a board of nursing or other instance. They ask for the IELTS results as you sign up with them.

You'll need a 6 in reading, listening and writing and a 7 in speaking. An overall band of 6.5 can be considered but a 7 in speaking is non-negotiable.

I guess I'll take ielts first then I'll decide which country i will pursue. Hehe

Hi. Good day everyone. Im just wondering for those who already had their interview with an Avant recruiter, if you still have a copy of the skills checklist. I will be having my interview tomorrow but I did not go through the skills checklist process. I was advised by a friend that the interview question will revolve around that checklist. Hi ..how long did they take before responding after the second interview_?

They still ask you questions about skills competency and frequency of performing..she nay even ask you to describe the skill.. Regardless of what u clicked in the checklist she will still have to ask u questions surrounding it..once u were honest its fine

Maybe 2 months. I even thought I wasnt accepted to the program. Since the 1st interview I did not receive any email or anything, then they suddenly called and scheduled me with a second interview

Check very well I almost missed mine because it came from a strange email. Around the time they sent the first video and their learn upon pathway for initial testing...I just completed my second interview ..awaiting a decision to be accepted..since we are around the same phase let's keep in touch..my email: [email protected]

Yes. If thats the case I probably deleted it since it has been months since my 1st interview. My second interview is 30 minutes away. Will email you. :)

Clinical interview ask you questions about your clinical experience what you do how many times you do it how competent are you in doing it what you do not know it is not a problem they use this to assess where your skills are and what they mean need to assist you with
