RIP Pamela Fitzpatrick.
Pamela, a nurse, was holidaying in Thailand when a gunman shot her in the neck as she relaxed in a bar with friend's.
It's believed the bullet was intended for the bar's owner, also an Australian.
This senseless, drive-by shooting, has cost a young,-26 years old- Australian woman, a fellow nurse, her life.
On behalf of all of us, her fellow nurses, I offer our deepest sympathy to her loved ones.
Such a sad loss and waste of a beautiful young life.
A loss also to the nursing profession.
May those who knew her and loved her, gain some small comfort in knowing we are thinking of you at this sad time and care.

Just don't know what to say. Such a senseless act of violence, by a coward, and this young woman is dead. My deepest condolences to her family and friends. No matter if they catch the murderer, or what they do to him, it will never bring this woman back. How terribly sad and cruel.

Another tragic reminder to appreciate life, family, and friends. I pray her family will know peace despite this senseless tragedy.
