Australian nurse looking ED jobs in NYC

Hello fellow nurses, 

I'm RN from Australia with 6 years experience (2.5 med surg, 1 years infection control then 3 years in ED) . I also did post grad certificate in critical care, emergency paediatric and I was a clinical nurse specialist in Emergency. 

I just moved to America. I'm looking for jobs within NYC due to my license. I'm hoping to find an Emergency department job 

My question is, for nurses only have overseas experience like me, is it hard to find a job in ED? 
also do you have any recommendation on the hospital in the NYC? 

I have no experience in working in America, so any recommendations and suggestions will be greatly appreciated,
