Interview will not take long so no reason why you do not study and take exam.

DO your interview first to the Immigration, that is more important so you can adjust your status in the US and can be legal to stay here. Re-schedule your exam, you can always do that for no cost at all as long as you do it 24 hours before tha date of your exam supposed to be.. Anyways, just my idea..take it or leave it...
im bothered if i have an interview first ,it will affect on me in terms of emotional when i take the exam afterwards. my husband told me that i dont need to worry about my interview , but just for peace of my mind i ask it. because my sched in exam exam is aug 21 and my interview aug 31 i want to reschedule my exam to sept 4 , thats the maximum of my att, because i want to study more...thank you for the reply. my anxiety is keeping higher everyday
If you are already in the US legally there there really isn't too much to worry about for the interview. A lot at the moment unless they come over on a Fiancée visa can not AOS but when AOS was happening frequently many posted it was just a formality
im here in the us using fiance visa.that interview is for AOS.

i have an AOS interview too.. but it would be by the end of the week.. as for me, i opted to do the interview first because i could not focus on my review when i still have other things on my mind.. i dont know what works for you.. i know the interview can be nerve wrecking.. since we basically don/t know what to expect.. though i have read other people's interview experiences, i know every case is different.. so i am a bit stressed about it too.. if you have prepared all the necessary documents for the interview.. it would probably go well.. and if you think you are already prepared to take the exam (though i dont think anyone would feel they are really really ready), go for it.. goodluck!:nuke:
