Hi, I need help, I have att from Virginia Bon and haven't take the exam, and now thinking about moving in Texas.. My question is... Can I take my exam in Texas? If unsuccessful, can I file it even I'm in Texas? Please help.

If you want to take the exam under Texas, you'll have to apply to the Texas BON, pay their fees, send transcripts, etc. It might be better to take your NCLEX under Virginia and then endorse your license if you move. Both are compact states, so that should be easy. See this for details: Nurse Licensure Compact | NCSBN
You can physically take the exam while in Texas under your ATT from Virginia, too.

Hi I'm from Virginia too,I submitted my needed paperwork on the 11th of May. Approximately when did you have all your needed paperwork in?
Approximately like 3 weeks, but you're living in Texas? Yeah , I contacted the Ncbsn they said anywhere you can take the exam
