I reapplied to take the NCLEX-RN CA on October 22nd, 2013.
Early December I received eligibility from BRN in the mail.
No ATT letter from Pearson-Vue. (January 2014)
My girlfriend has also done the same process as well but in an earlier month.
August 2013 Applied to take NCLEX
November Received Eligibility to take NCLEX from BRN.
No ATT letter from Pearson-Vue (January 2014).
I do understand that this takes time, I understand that processing of my ATT will take 4-6 weeks from receiving my Eligibility. In late December, I contacted BRN and they didn't check the status of my application, however this time, BRN was going to retransmit the application data to Pearson-Vue in December of 2013. After retransmitting the information, expect a response from BRN within next week (January 2014).
I have contacted the BRN several times regarding the status of my application during this time and I have received a few different responses. They either did not want to use my social security to verify the status of my re-application, redirecting me to their BRN's website (www.rn.ca.gov) that has the excuse of "please be patient."
We both have contacted Pearson-Vue regarding our status and Pearson-Vue states that they haven't received Eligibility from the State of California yet.
My girlfriend has not received her ATT as of yet and has been waiting patiently for her letter from Pearson. Has anyone have the same issues in California?

Hi. Did you pay the $200 to Pearson Vue already on their website? You should receive your ATT by email from Pearson Vue the same day since you already received eligibility from the BRN.
Yes we both did. We both paid Pearson Vue on their website as soon as we could.
