Assisted Living Experiences

I'm doing research on the assisted living industry for a research report and am curious about nurses experience there. If you have worked in an assisted living facility, I'd love to know more about your experiences. Commenting here is fine. I'd love to ask more deep questions via email if possible, but feel free to message me for that only if you're interested.

Some questions:

1. Where do you see the biggest failure or problems with assisted living facilities today?

2. What were the primary patient issues you faced? (Complaints or problems)

3. What kind of interactions (good or bad) did you have with family members? (Especially the family member who arranged for or paid for the patient's stay.)

4. What percentage of the patient family members would you guess were pleased with the care given to their loved one vs. not (and it doesn't have to be for rational reasons ... just perception).
