Arterial Line Question!

I had open heart surgery a few months ago (I'm a nursing student) and one thing I've noticed is that one of my radial pulses seems diminished compared to my other radial pulse. My personal opinion is that it could be because on the side that feels diminished, I had an arterial line in my radial artery (my IV on that same side also infiltrated... but I'm not sure if that's relevant).

So my question is, is that even possible or a common occurrence for a pulse to feel diminished after an arterial line removal?

Unlikely- as were there a residual clot, you would have other symptoms. What the likely cause is your dominant/ non-dominant handedness.
