Now I am nervous:eek:!!! And excited all at the same time. Is this a careplan:confused: ???? Especially in first sec. it keeps saying "assessments". Doesn't seem like the usual careplan we did in school. It mentions Mosby's 3rd Ed. I happen to have Mosby's 2nd Ed. will that be fine, maybe I will just get the 3rd if I can find it.

Id try to use the exact edition bc the NANDA diagnosises do change from time to time and if the wording is not correct its wrong altogether. I was confused on it too, but did the best i could at what i thought they wanted. I passed so i guess it was okay. Good luck!!

I called and tried to clarify everything but they only told me I was on the right track. It's so subjective I think as long as they can see that you are using your nursing process appropriately you will do OK. All three of us on here that just took it recently passed! :-)

I used Mosby's 3rd edition, but the 2nd should be fine. I don't know how too much of the diagnoses could be different?

Ok looked it up.... Third edition has 21 new and 9 revised NANDA approved nursing diagnosis's. Thats the difference.... Hope it helps!
