Arkansas Probation questions

I am currently on probation with the ABON, and missed 3 check ins and missed an ordered drug screen. I have reached out to my case manager and awaiting a response. Has anyone dealt with this, and what do they do? I'm scared they will suspend my license. Any info would be greatly appreciated!!

I'm thinking they will extend your sentence, Arkansas is a little different than most states. Did you go self test since you missed it? That would be your best option to do at this point and message your case manager as to why this happened and what you are willing to do to correct it. Prayers for you!

I'm hoping that's all they do, I can deal with an extended sentence. My biggest fear is being discharged and losing my license. I didn't think about that, but that is a good idea...thank you!

They love to add time to your sentence.  Some states allow a certain number of missed check ins in a quarter.  Going forward, get yourself in a rhythm of doing all the garbage they require so you aren't in this spot again.  I check in as soon as I can reach morning so I don't forget.  Did you miss the drug screen because it was one of the missed check ins?
