Arizona new grad FNPs/PAs would like your input

Hello,

I'm a new grad FNP. I will start applying for a FNP position in the Phoenix area. I would love to hear from anyone working here with suggestions for good places to start as a new grad. I would like to work in an environment that offers good training, good pay, reasonable pt load--20- 30 pts a day max. I don't mind working eves or some weekends, but want to avoid call if possible.

I have many interests and would consider: Minute Clinic, Caremore, urgent care, Corrections (jail), private practice.

I would love to hear from any FNPs or PAs with 2 years or less experience working in these areas.
