ARD, Sign, Lock, Transmit

Can anyone verify the following, new to position & don't have RAI manual yet, Thanks very much!

1) AA9 needs to be signed how many days following ARD?

2) ADa RN signs last date used on AA9?

3) Who signs ADb-g?

4) What day must R2a, R2b, VB1, VB2, VB3, & VB4, be signed?

5) When must you lock your assessments?

6) All assessments have 31D to be transmitted?
