I was told I had a positive UDS for amphetamines. I have yet to see proof. My husband is disabled and takes Adderall for a sleep disorder. I have an appointment with the AR Board of Health-pharmacy services and I just want to know what to expect. I have been a nurse for 30 years and to say this has been a stressful situation doesn't do it justice. I am on the verge of bankruptcy and my son may have to put college on hold for a while because this came as a shock and I was not prepared at all. I don't have the money for a lawyer. I just need information.

I believe they can break that down and say exactly what you were positive for (as in if it was a false positive from something else).

You can not afford not to have an attorney. The American Association of Nurse Attorneys has a referral service. They may be able to provide you with an attorney at low cost or with a payment plan. TAANA Executive Office - Home
