Hello all,
I am new to this website, so I honestly have no clue what I'm doing. I'll get straight to my point though. I am in the process of applying to graduate-entry nursing programs, designed specifically for individuals with a bachelor's degree in a non-nursing field. One the programs prepares students to sit for NP licensure exams after graduation. There are at least 5 different fields that one can specialize in, and the one that sparks my interest is Women's Health. However, my ultimate goal is to work in the Emergency Department. I am very unfamiliar with the world of nursing, so I'm not even 100% sure that an WHNP can work in the ER. Any advice or input would be greatly appreciated!
For more background info, the specialty options are:
Adult Gerontology NP
CNL
Family NP
Neonatal NP
Midwifery
Pediatric Primary Care NP
Psychiatric Mental Health NP
Women's Health NP
