I am an LPN with a job in a LTC facility. I will have to work for my facility for a while d/t they are paying my tuition. I'm also looking forward to working in a different environment, namely a hospital, hopefully labor and delivery. I know the job market is not that best and that my LPN experience won't count for much. I graduate in December. Should I be applying for jobs now? I'm afraid if I wait until December, I'll be applying with lots of other students and will have a harder time. Thanks! :lol2:
