I am applying for a Hong Kong nursing license through the HKNC and the application piece of it is very long and monotonous. It is almost worse than applying for nursing school! I am an older generation nurseb from the USA, so all this application process has given me one big giant headache! Anyway, just reaching out to anyone, who has gone through the experience of actually testing there. I looked at the passing rate for 2015 and it was extremely low! Like 33%?? Seems like the council might think about changing their testing requirements? This does not encourage me much, but it will not stop me from trying anyway. I visited Hong Kong and really liked it, so I am thinking of working over there for a bit, just so my visits can be longer. :)

Not everyone speaks *fluent cantonese* in Hong Kong. I have researched some career opportunities there and though many require that you should be able to speak the language, not all of them do. My questions were really directed to anyone, who may have gone through the testing piece of it and sharing their experience. Thank for your support.
