Hi! I’m well aware that getting into BCIT’s BSN program is difficult if you don’t have a prior degree or work experience in the health field. But I heard that a few people with no degree or work experience were able to get in. Does anyone here know how high your GPA would have to be to be considered? Or do you at least need some volunteer experience?

Those cases are special circumstances. I would assume those who got in without degrees had really competitive GPAs (3.5+) and extensive volunteer experience in health care (specifically in a TLC position).
As for work experience, it is not limited to a health field. You can work at Starbucks for many years and that would look good on the application. Especially if you were taking on some leadership role as well. Work experience where customer service and leadership is what you want to go for.
Hope this helps
