Application for NCLEX IN Illinois

Hi guys! I' m new here and I have a couple of questions regarding the steps in the application.

I understand the process goes like this:

1. fingerprints card

- How am I going to send them an email? any email address?

2. CGFNS-CES

-Am I also going to choose the ENGLISH LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY REPORT?

-how am I going to get the exempted for IELTS or TOEFL thing? :)

3. CTS

4. PEARSON-Vue

5. ATT

6. Exam
