Anyone have wait list info? (esp. VCU)

Hello. I received a letter today from VCU stating that the entering ABSN summer class is full but that I have been placed on a "wait list." There's no numerical ranking for those on the list, and they don't say how many people are on it. If a spot doesn't open for us, then we'd have to reapply the next go-around.

Have any of you had experience with being wait listed (or alternate listed)? Did you get in?

I'm thinking that I should just assume I'm not in :o

Hi - I received the same wait list letter from VCU in January. When I called to get more information about their wait list, they wouldn't tell me anything. Last week I got an email from them asking if I'm still available to be pulled from the wait list in case a spot opens up. Kind of scary, considering their classes start in less than two weeks! They wouldn't tell me anything else - just wanted to know how they could reach me.

Did you get the same email? Were you ever able to find anything out about the wait list? Thanks!

Hey there! Yeah, I got that same e-mail and told them to keep me on the wait list. They wouldn't give me any other info, either. I got accepted to Thomas Nelson CC though, so I'd most likely go there. It seems crazy to have to register for classes, buy books, etc. at the last minute with VCU.:uhoh21: Will you be going there if you get accepted? Good luck!
