Hello,
My facility recently started using API time and attendance. Either API requires or the facility chose to include most of an employee's SSN as the username for accessing the browser based system. This allows the SSN to be gleaned by knowing the person's state of birth. If my employer chose to do this, it makes me wonder what other improper things they are doing with my personal private information.
I was wondering if others who use API have the same requirement?
Thanks,

We use API and log on using our computer sign on username and password, the only personal numbers displayed is our employee id which is used to catalog our time and for payroll purposes.

We use API and my logon is my employee name. Nothing personal.
