Anyone having trouble with LA County Nursing Fall 2022 Application?

Please tell me I’m not the only one having trouble creating a profile/application for Los Angeles County Nursing program. The website says to enable pop-ups and I’ve allowed all pop-ups and nothing happens after I fill in my information and click “create”. I’ve tried submitting my application on computer,laptop,phone, tablet and nothing happens! During the info session they said the application was going to open on Jan 14th due to the 15th being a Saturday . I’ll try again Monday. Maybe they locked the application until the 17.
