I took the NCLEX-RN & the computer stopped at 78 or 79 Q. I had 15 SATA, no calculations, couple of meds I haven't even heard of. What are your thoughts & your results please. Thanks...

cONGRATULATIONS TO YOU.
I took mine today and it stopped at 78?s and i am so nervous b/c i want to pass so bad but the way i feel now i have no idea. I had some meds that i never even heard off. I honestly dont even see the point in studying b/c u never know what u are gonna get. I feel like it is a waste of time to study forever.

Congratulations!!!!!!
Hi Dimples4321: One thing I learned about the NCLEX is that if you notice that the questions are getting harder, then that is a good sign. How did u felt about your test? I know for mine it was the hardest test I have even done. I told myself, "Is this some kind of a joke?" when I kept on getting SATA questions. I know I got 15 SATA because I put a dot on my scratch board everytime I get a SATA question so at the end I counted 15. When I walked out of that testing site, I was completely bombed out because I had so many SATA. Also, I was thinking about the ones I guess upon, including the meds that is out of this world! Anyhow, based on my experience, if you kept on getting hard questions and a lot of SATA, then you in heading a right direction. My test had no dosage calculation (which I am really good at!), no electrolyte questions, 15 SATA Q, some meds I have never even heard of, and a mix & match of everything else. You cannot guess what is going to be on the exam so might as well study EVERYTHING. I hope you did fine. Check your name within 3-7 days online. If you don't see your name, call the BRN and ask them if all your file is complete. Goodluck on your result & I hope you did fine.
Thanks again to all those who greeted. This site is AWESOME!!!

Okay...try pearsonvue trick....it might help
Can take anything from 3 days to 4 weeks to get results from California. I would wait until you know officially before registering again for the exam.

hey everyone,
i took my exam on the 14th of may for the second time. the first time my computer shut down at 83 and i didnt pass nor did i feel conifdent with my study habits, this time it gave me all 265 questions and i feel alot more confident then i did the first time. i took the martin review, which is a excellent excellent review class and i know that with or without passing i did my very best. i tried the pearson vue trick and it wouldnt let me advance on to the credit card page so im claiming in the name of jesus that that meant i passed. ill defintely keep everyone updated. wish me well!!!!!!!!
and congratulations to all those that have passed already, im so ready to start working in the field.
