My hospital is changing to Epic and looking to fill some training positions. I was just offered the position but it came with a 3 year contract that was not mentioned at all throughout the process. It has a huge repayment clause if you leave early. Wondering what other hospitals offer as far as contracts and length on contractual obligation> 0 Likes
