Anyone NCLEX today 6/6?

Published

Did anyone else take the NCLEX today, 6/6?? I finished in about 45 minutes, 75 questions, and felt like I didn't know the answers to any of them!!! It is crazy how they make that test! I didn't really study for it (I have been studying for it for 3 years in school!!)........I don't think studying would have made it any easier......now the waiting begins. Good luck to everyone else waiting, also!

Good Luck! I hope you get your results quickly, I can only imagine the torture of waiting! Let us know when you hear!

I test next Monday, the 13th. I can't seem to make myself study as much as I should!

Thanks! Good luck to you testing on the 13th! It is hard to make yourself study after so much time in school, eh? I felt the same way! Hope to hear something soon!

I took mine today too 6/6. Cut off at 75. It took about 1 hour. There were alot more alternate formats than I was expecting . I studied up until Friday, then didn't look at it again. :uhoh3:

I only had 1 dosage calc (I was hoping for more of them!) but about 8 select all that apply...including my #75 question. It was so hard & made me feel like an idiot!!

Hi HOlli,

I graduate 5/21 and have had my information into NCLEX since 5/4 and have been good to go on my end. They still state my certificate of graduation has not been received. How long did it take for your info to be updated? And, how long did it take you to schedule after you had all the necessary info to NCLEX?

Thanks

My friend and I both took it today, 6/6. We sat next to each other and both took 2 hours, cut off at 75- but we intentionally took time and relaxed as much as possible.

Our exams were very similar in content, and we counted about 18 identical questions. Also, we each had 20 or so 'select all that apply' questions. I hate those- on the practice tests, we miss them a lot.

I got to the end and felt like I was only able to get down to 2 choices (for the normal questions, I mean) and wasn't entirely sure if I was right on most of them. everyone I've talked to that had that experience passed the test.

I had tons of fill in the blank drug calculations, too. Breast cancer, disaster triage, home health prioritization, gut diseases (crohn's, celiac, cirrhosis, etc.), equipment malfunction. studied the crap out of ortho, as both the NLN and mosby assess tests had lots of it, but nary a question on ortho today. all of my mental health questions came near the end. had a good number of therapeutic comms.

we studied weekly during our last year of school, took a kaplan class last month, and studied all the kaplan materials (book, online, and question trainer) over the last 2 weeks. Last night, we sat and leafed through the number-heavy stuff, like therapeutic drug levels and labs we didn't memorize values for in school (like LFTs).

when the computer cut off when I hit the 'next question' button on question 75, i almost peed in my chair. :uhoh21:

Lisa,

I graduated on May 12th. I had all of my info in to the state well in advance, just had to wait for the college to send in verification of graduation.

I received my ATT from Pearson-Vue via email on May 23rd. I immediately scheduled my NCLEX for June 13th, the first day available locally.

I hope you get your ATT soon so you can get scheduled!

It will depend on when your school gets your final set of transcripts in to the BON. As soon as you recieve your ATT, you can schedule. Be aware that you will not receive the ATT until you have paid the $200 to Pearson-Vue for the exam. They are the ones that will be sending you the ATT once they have received the funds and approval from your BON. Their website is http://www.pearsonvue.com. You will be able to schedule directly on their website.

hey..i took it today, and i had all 265 questions..does anyone know who passed having all 265? i'm a nervous wreck!!!!!

Sending out good vibes to all those who tested today or test this week! :)
