My nephew has a wilm's tumor that is recurrent and in his lung for the third time. They did surgery at St Judes three weeks ago and then two rounds of chemo with a new drug called topekan. One of the tumors is back already so they are saying they cannot cure him because he is no longer responding to the chemo. It's one small tumor in his lung & hasn't spread anywhere else yet. We aren't giving up yet. I don't know of any better place than St. Judes. Does anyone know of a place to go for a second opinion? I appreciate any info you can give me.

I can't begin to imagine how distressing this time must be for your and your family. To have a family member with cancer is horrendous for it to be a small child unimaginable.
Unfortunatley we are just not able to answer your questions on this board. This is a discussion you need to be having with your nephews health care providers.
I hope and pray for your nephew that you can get the answers that you need and that you as a family are able to get the support you will need at this very difficult time.
