Anyone just starting Prereq's for Nursing

hello,

is there anybody starting in the fall 2006 on prereq's to get into nursing school? will just be starting in aug 2006, hope all goes well, i am going to do all of my prereq's online.

any sug. on getting started.:uhoh3: and how well can you do online with the prereq's?

I started my prereqs this summer. I'm taking 2 classes. In the fall I'll take four, maybe. I wish I had the discipline to take online classes. Wishing you all the best.

hi, there. i'm an lpn taking self-study classes toward my rn thru excelsior college. my plan is to set a goal as to when to take each test and then break the class into what i need to complete each week to accomplish that goal. that way, hopefully, i won't feel overwhelmed and with each week's accomplishment, i will feel that i am getting there.

also, as i work 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm, i'm able to set aside my mornings to study. my youngest is age 14, so i don't have little ones at home and that helps.

I am just starting my LPN to RN ADN through College Network/Excelsior. I am currently studying my first prereq which I chose as World Religions. I need to do 3 more prereqs and the 7 nursing course. I was gungho till I started reading about all these people who have had the modules for years and have yet to take a test. I hope I can do better than that and get my RN in less than 2 yrs. yvette5170 i read that you are taking all of your prereq's online. are you going for you adn? see im looking for classes online that i can take for my prereqs in order to start my lvn training at the community college. if that made any sense. i have absolutely no college under my belt so im starting off from scratch. any suggestions? thanks

i will also be starting online prereqs in the fall...excited to be a student again, hoping i can afford tuition!
