Hello!
Anyone else heard about NGCSU's decision to discontinue the Windy Hill campus? OH NO!!! :uhoh21: I just called the Nursing Department to inquire about what they are doing with all the applications for Windy Hill for Fall, and the individual I spoke with said that they were "re-assigning" all the Windy Hill applicants to the other locations, if accepted. (Arrrrrghhh!) Cumming/Alpharetta, Gainesville, and Dahlonega are just too far to drive for me on a daily basis, living in West Cobb.
Just found out I was put on a "Standby" list for KSU for Fall. Anyone have any idea what my actual odds are, of getting in? Do they put everyone on a waiting list? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
Best wishes.

I just got my letter from NGCSU/Gainesville and I was accepted. I was also accepted to Brenau and put on the "Standby" list for KSU. This was my third time applying to NGCSU, so I was pretty excited.
Good luck to you.

Congrats! So which one are you going to choose? I just got accepted to NGCSU- Cumming\Apharetta campus. Gainesville would probably have worked better for me since i live in Duluth. The users on this site seen to really like NGCSU. I'm glad I got in. I know it's a lot cheaper than GBC and Brenau.
I'm definitely going to NGCSU/Gainesville. I've very excited. I've been getting advice from Eagle Girl, who is currently going there. Look for some of her posts - she is a wealth of information!
Good luck to you!
