Anyone hear about MHCC or Clackamas yet?

Clackamas letters inviting folks to interview should arrive today or tomorrow in the Portland Metro Area.

MHCC is finishing up interviews this week. They call people off their wait list when they get interview cancellations. They then invite the first person who answers the phone as they go down the list, so answer your phone!!

They expect final decisions to go out May 31/June 1st-ish.

I had my MHCC interview this past Tuesday (20th). At our interview, they said that their last set of interviews would be done the next day (21st) and they would begin making their decisions. They said we would know by June 1st hopefully.

I'm sitting on pins and needles! I think I did okay (not fantastic) in my interview, but I'm not sure (I've been picking it apart..lol)...the wait is driving me crazy! :bugeyes:

I just got a letter from CCC for my interview. It has a date of May 20th on it.

I got my letter today from CCC, it didn't say what the cut off for points was this year, does anyone know?

I just got an acceptance letter from MHCC for Winter term 2009!

I didn't. CCC is the only Portland area nursing school that does not waive WR 121 and 122 for people with prior bachelor's degrees. I have a B.S. degree and did not take writing while in college (my school did a writing portfolio instead and also did "writing in the major" classes). I decided that to take WR 121 and 122 for just one school would not be a good use of my time and money.

This is my first year applying and I only applied to PCC and MHCC. PCC was a joke, obviously I didn't get in. I'm ELATED I got into MHCC because it's right down the street from me.

Are you going to accept the offer from MHCC?

I understand that! CCC is right down the street from me, I walk to school actually. If I don't get into CCC then I will be going to MHCC. Congrats again!

I got my letter from MHCC today too and got on the alternate list. WAY down the list though so I am not very hopeful at all. Crossing my fingers for OHSU now...

Congrats! Waitlist isn't bad! Plus, at my interview, they told us that everyone on the waitlist was called last year (I think it was last year). When do you hear from OHSU?
