Anyone who has gotten a TN visa, I need advice please!

I have finally gotten the information I was looking for regarding the Visa. Apparently the visascreen certificate is kind of dependant on which immigration agent I will get, and that having my GA RN licence already from passing the NCLEX, and having the Credentials Evaluation Service completed would probably be fine to get the visa. I also have a fantastically written job offer letter that my employer and fiance spent days poring over. Now Im kind of concerned about the interview part.

I realize that part of getting this visa is proving I dont intend to immigrate. Since I dont own any property, is there anything I can get to prove this? Did anyone here get this visa? What airport did you go through, and what questions did they ask you? Did you make sure to ask for the Free Trade Officer to be present? Did they try to make you scared or freak you out?

Did any of you get refused, and if so, why (if you dont mind sharing!) If anyone has anything to share and doesnt want to do so on here, then feel free to send me a private message!
