Anyone have good info on bayada nurses??

Hi everyone, just wanted to know if anyone has any good info on bayada nurses??I live and work in south jersey Mostly I'm interested in the employee health benefits package, weekly cost for family. Would love to hear any feed back on Bayada if possible, Thanks!

My friend has worked for Bayada a few times (south jersey). I don't know what your status is, but she is a RN. She worked 3 days a week for them, but also works at a hospital so I don't think she took any of the benefits, etc since she already had them through the hospital. She said they pay less because you only have one patient and she made $28/hour with them. She liked it alot because there's only one patient to focus on and she said they are flexible as far as finding you a patient that will fit the schedule you need. Sorry I couldn't help more.

Any info is always helpful. Thank you for your input! I am thinking about applying to them and leaving my current job. But I do carry the med. benefits for my family and would love to know what they are. Thank you so much again for you help!

I've worked for them in SJ for the past 3 years. The benefits are pretty pricey. I pay $82 a week for Blue Cross PPO and dental insurance and that's for a single person. The family option is a fortune. The PTO is poor, you have to work 2,000 hours before you get any time off. Besides that, I really like the job! :nurse:
