I'm considering an offer in Neuro ICU. I'm currently in Med/Surg.Anyone here made this move and do you like it better?while I love the diversity of med/surg, it's daunting with 5 or 6 pts, many of whom are unstable and high acuity.I've done med surg for 6 years so I worry if it will be a hard transition to a specialty.
