To all those heading out to nursing school this Fall 2005?
Which school are to going to and What do you plan to do this summer?
Enjoy the sunshine, since our heads will be permanently "glued" to nursing textbooks for the next 2 years? or doing some early studying?
Any advice from current and nursing school grads?

Congrats on your acceptance,
I am finishing up my last semester at clayton this year. Enjoy your summer, the first semester is a lot of work. I think I ate and slept with my fundamentals and health assessment textbooks. But it will soon be all worth it.
Good luck.

Congradulations!!!!!
I'm in my second year at Gordon College. My summer plans are to have a lot of fun in the sun!! I too slept with my nursing books. In fact it's an ongoing joke in my study group. Only one of my study buddies is married and instead of sleeping with her books she sleeps with her husband.:) The rest of us had pharm, fundamentals, psy and Ob books to keep us warm at night.
Advice I can give you: Time management is very important. Be sure to take breaks in between studies and don't feel bad if you participate in a leisure activity (that doesnt involve school) occassionally.
