Anyone get their acceptance letter yet from Bristol Community college for 2009?

Published

Just wondering if anyone has gotten accepted into BCC's nursing program for Fall 2009 yet? I know they started sending out letters this month. I applied but the schools status for me is "no decision has been made".

i got a letter today from BCC, did not expect it at all but I got in.

CONGRATULATIONS!! Last time I called 2 weeks ago they said I was in the review process and should hear within two weeks. I was expecting to hear back last week. Hopefully, this coming week I will know. If you don't mind me asking, did you have all your classes done? Also, how were your TEAS scores? I just want to see what kind of chance I have. I'm impatient.

Anyone else hear? I know they said all letters will be out by the end of this month.

Didn't get letter yet but found out online yesterday. Major was changed to nursing.

Congrats!! I checked on Access BCC and my major was changed also. Then the mailman came and my letter was there. So excited! There is so much to do before September. It seems like they want money for everything too. I guess I'll see you at orientation on the 19th.

I was not expecting the $200 fee and I also have to take the CPR course. Any idea if we have to pay for the CORI check and drug test? Also do you know about the books for nursing 11? Want to get a jump start over the summer.

I have to take the CPR course too. I am not sure about the CORI but we have to pay $50 for the drug test that will be administered during the first 3 weeks of class. I am not sure about the books but I read on another post that someone paid about $600 for the books for just one semester at BCC. I know there is a "nurse pack" that I am assuming we have to pay for. We also have to purchase a watch, goggles, blood pressure cuff and stethoscope. Oh yeah, uniforms and . $$$$$$!!!
