It seems like most people who claim they got the good pop up and fail are going by the prior PVT or they say "I know someone whom that happened to." But has anyone on this forum gotten the good pop up for the full 48hrs only to find out you failed?? Just curious...

I spoke to someone on here she emailed me that she had the "good" pop up for 5/6 days and then received a bad pop up. A few days later her results came in and she found out she failed. The PVT these days are not really reliable.

Since it's completely random whether or not the PVT "works" in any given situation, this is like saying that a Magic 8 Ball isn't really reliable these days.

Pearson Vue online payment system was not designed to determine the pass/fail of applicants. Unless we get a person that works in the online IT department for Pearson Vue, we are only guessing how after the completion of a test the system determines when to accept or refuse payment for another registration. It is possible for you to pass NCLEX, Pearson Vue has sent your results to your BON, but Pearson Vue's online registration and payment system has not updated to refuse your payment, because you are suppose to wait until you receive your official results before attempting to register for another test.
It is about as reliable as saying that when you drive home, if the first stoplight is green then you passed. If the first stoplight is red then you failed. Then people will be asking "Has anyone had a red stoplight on the way home and still passed?"
