On and off for probably the past 5-10 years (maybe even longer, just can't remember) --- sometimes months and months in between --- I will wake up with a throbbing or nerve-like pain in the very lowest part of my back, almost in the buttocks area. I will go sit on the potty thinking that is the problem, and it's not. Is it a problem with the tip of my spin or something? Just wondering what causes the pain.
