Our school requires us to purchase MedsPubs (www.medspub.com) What does everyone else think about it? It is really expensive and we have to buy it every semester. But it has been soooooo useful. The test-taking strategies that I learned on there are extremely helpful. I went from getting C's on my tests to A's because of this program. You learn how to pick apart each question to find the best answer. And their methods work.
If you're school does not require this, I highly recommend suggesting it to your nursing instructors.

We use it and I LOVE it :) Some of my classmates don't use it, but I think it's great reinforment of the lecture/book material.

We don't have to buy from MedsPub - we just create a profile/log-in information and we have to do LSRNs on them. They're really helpful! Since I'm in my first semester of NS they aren't graded but we are required to do them for practice and you certainly learn a lot. They're like NCLEX questions and they help you study :)

Our school uses it too. We didn't have to purchase it-- it's probably covered in tuition and all those course material fees we had to pay. We have a medspub component in each class for the entire program. We already have done the dosage and calculations section for pharm and I'm looking forward to working with it. It seems like it will be helpful but I have yet to explore it fully.
Glad to know it's helpful for everyone else! That makes me feel like it will be worth using it for the next three years....

My school has been struggling to keep great NCLEX passing rates, so they are cutting some of the teachers' budgets for conference and that and giving us meds pub, free of charge.
Its very helpful really, the test-taking strategies were AWESOME. A great review tool, much like the ATI.
