Anyone do case management for worker's comp cases?

Hi everyone,

I am interested in applying for a case management position for worker's comp cases. The deal is, I have been inactive for 5 years and my previous experience has been over 20 years long-term care and home health. The ad does say that little to no experience in this area may be accepted, but would I be over my head? Never been fired, don't want to be. Before seeing this ad, I was planning a refresher in the fall. I wouldn't need the refresher/skills for such a job. Any advice from seasoned case managers welcomed. I did visit the website of the company and viewed the bios/experience of their current case manager and they are quite exceptional. Advice please. Thanks!
