Just curious to know if anyone has attended Chamberlain College of Nursing in Cols, OH? I can't find their NCLEX pass rates for 2008. Can anyone tell me how I can get this?

I'm interested too because if I don't get into the Columbus State online program then I plan on applying to Chamberlain for my BSN. I plan to take all the gen ed and science courses at Columbus State to cut down on costs.
that's a good idea = taking gen ed classes at Col State. I was able to find the NClex scores - well, not necessarily for Chamberlain themselves, but they are a part of DeVry - so to find the scores, you need to look up Devry out of Missouri. Good luck getting into Chamberlain!
Where did you find the scores? I did a search and can't find them. I looked on the Ohio board of nursing scores and couldn't find them.

I am a current student at chamberlain. I'll graduate in oct. with my ADN. the reason you might not be finding info for columbus yet is bc the first just graduated about 10 weeks ago. word on campus is that everyone who has taken NCLEX has passed on the first try. there wern't many that graduated in the first class though.
AMR21. Why weren't there many in the class that graduated? Was it the faculty that did not work w/ the students that well or not many students in the class to begin w/ or what?? Can you fill us in on how your experience has been at the school. That would be quite appreciative. Thanks
try looking chamberlain up on this - actually, go to missouri and look up DeVry.
I do not think the first class had that many students to begin with. I am in the thrid class that will graduate. I think we started with around 50 on-campus. We have lost some, gained others from the LPN-RN and form classes ahead of us that either had to retake a class or took a semster off. I dont really count, but there are thirty-some now.
Like any new school, there have been several things chamberlain has had to work out. For me the only really frustrating part has been scheduling. We do not know what we will be expected of us day/time wise until a week or so before the next semester starts. I have a flexable schedule, but not everyone does.
Other then that, I feel like we are being prepared pretty well. I have been doing lots of practice NCLEX stuff and doing well. We are REQUIRED to take an NCLEX review class the semester before graduation and MUST achieve a 900 (or mabye 950, I forget) on the exit HESI. I have heard that is higher then other schools, but I would rather be more prepared.
Any more questions?
