Anyone apply to St. Mary's CRNA 2019?

Yeah it seemed like June is about when most people found out based on previous posts. I know the chances of getting in are slim because they typically only accept about 20% but I am anxious to find out! I'm assuming you're from Minnesota based on your user name? Did you also apply to Minn School of Anesthesia? I'm probably going to apply to 3 more this year and want sure if I should add them into the mix. Minnesota school's are busy so affordable compared to the rest!

I have applied for MSA twice once interviewed and once flat out denied and know percentages for getting accepted to that school is much less then SMU.

This is my first round with St. Mary and hope my education, experience and resume are more appealing to SMU.

Yeah I heard Minn School of Anesthesia is rough. That sucks you haven't gotten in yet. Hopefully this is your year and you'll get a chance to show them your qualifications and commitment. Is that right that SMU doesn't do live interviews? If so, that's a real bummer that we'd only get judged on paper and not based on an interview as well.

Wow that's a long wait! I submitted mine at the beginning of March and I'm already impatient! I wonder how many applicants there were this year? Are you applying to any others?

Hello everyone! I applied back in September 2017 when I was filling out an application for MSA as well. I am still waitlisted at MSA so the chances of getting in this year are slim but my fingers are now crossed for St Mary's! The wait is absolutely killing me! I kind of wished they still did interviews, personal essays were never my forte.

Wow you have been waiting a long time! Does anyone have an idea of the stats of the students accepted in the past? I am kinda surprised they accept people without interviews. If accepted, sp were Getty a chance to tour the school, talk to SRNAs, etc??

Go ask a student what school it says on their diploma. MSA students diplomas come from SMU, in case you didn't know. So it's really like applying to the same school if you think about it.
