I am just wondering if anybody has taken boards in CA lately, how long it is taking to get your resutls back? :o

*groan*

I shouldn't have opened this thread......I feel like a dinosaur.......

Took the liberty of moving this to the NCLEX Discussion forum. There are already multiple threads on this topic here, and from the last week. Just do a search.

Took me exactly three weeks. After three weeks of studying and three weeks of wait, I'm officially an RN.

Stacey did you ever find out any info about your test results?

No. I know my IP is there and I know that when I called the BRN the man on the other end told me numerous times that I had "ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT"

Hey spejsa. Im in the same boat as you. I've been waiting for almost 3 weeks (3 weeks on Monday). nothing. no internet results. no mail. I called the BRN today and the lady looked up my information. Told me I should receive my results in the "mail" but didnt tell me anything else. I took what she said as a no pass due to the way she said it. Hopefully Im wrong and that the BRN-CA is still in the process of punching in my info for "passing". I figured if the results aren't on the web in the morning and the nothing from the BRN comes in the mail, then Im still in the game.

This is torture taking the test in CA and having to wait so long. My friend took the test on the same day, same place, same time and she got her results today. I didn't (then she called to rub it in my face that she passed, but somehow forgot to check my results and wanted to know if I passed). This sucks. Now I'm afraid I failed because I didn't get my results, but it has only been 3 days it's not over until I get the letter in the mail.:uhoh3:

If you read any of my other posts on this very same topic, a human reviews each and every completed file, then they assign a license number. Depends on where your file is in their pile. It is not a computerized system in CA.

Hi Suzanne,

FYI....The BRN will not post the results if they did not receive your transcript from your school. They will let you take the test only. YOu can call your school to see if they sent your transcript and when!!!!!I hope it helps..

I took the exam on Feb 20 and learned that I passed it form CA BRN website on Feb. 23.
