:welcome: If anyone can give me any info about this program I would greatly appreciate it. I called and I only got the run around. I need to know if LVNs without recent clinical experience can enroll in this program. Thanks in advance.

Can't really answer your question but I thought I'd share my experience. I took most of my pre-req's thru HCC. In my opinion HCC is too big and impersonal. They do give you the run around. I wasn't impressed with the way they offered the Pharm class either. As I recall they wouldn't let you take it unless you had completed everything else and then they just assigned as class time at the last minute. It used to have the reputation of a "weed out" class. Maybe it is different now. I live west of Houston and didn't want to drive in Houston traffic for class or clinicals.
I chose the LVN to RN program in Wharton. I do drive 45 minutes to class but it is back roads with no traffic. It's 11 mos. The college is smaller and they genuinely care whether or not you graduate. The director of the program is awesome and I feel like I am getting a top notch education.
I don't think it matters if you don't have recent clinical experience. Good luck!!
