Hello,everyone! I have valid NY state RN license but no green card. And I know it is pretty hard to find a sponsor (hospital) directly. So I would try to look for some international nurse recruiting agencies to assist with applying green card. I understand the whole application how to work, all I need (actually lots of international nurses do need!!!!!) is one sponsor. Therefore, nurse recruiting agency as an employer can provide me solution. I am so worried this process would take forever not like they ( nurse recruiting agency) describe on their website.
