That is Renal Care Group based out of Nashville. We have over 250 clinics in the US now. This is the first dialysis company I have worked for but I am very happy with them. Opinions?

I'm working for RCG too but can't share your feelings. I love dialysis, had a chance to experience it the best way it can be done before I joined the company, but presently I can't say the same. Management is very poor due to inexperience facility manager. More like an autocratic than a democratic style. Says this and does that. Very inconsistent in decisions and shows favors for tech (not that I have anything against them) but more because she's likely to take their side than her own nurses. Can't complain to the higher ups either they seem to have a bond to cover each others back. Believe me I tried. Why don't I just move on? I can't am under contract and if I want out I have to pay $10,000.

can understand where your coming from!!!!!
mittels, are you RCG, too? I love our clinic here at Vanderbilt.
Yes I am RCG in arizona, only been here 4 months where is vandvilt?
Nashville, TN. I'm sorry, I took for granted everyone knew where Vanderbilt was. This is also the first RCG clinic. Dr Hakim, who started RCG with siome ohter docs is still here. He was our medical director until last year. Nashville is also the business headquarters for RCG. The computer help desk is located here, too.
