Any Power School Experts?

Can anyone tell me if there is a way to print out an entire grade alphabetically in Power School? I need to generate a class list and wondering if I can do this myself on PS. Thanks!

I don't print class rosters, but I believe it may be under system reports in the Attendance category.

You need to have the proper access (I think), but when you are on the start page, below the bar where you typically type a name, there is a row of numbers (the grades your school has). You should be able to click on the number and it will bring up all of the names of the students in that grade. Let me know if it works!

I can bring up the names but not able to print as a list

You can copy and paste them into a word document to print it. I am sure there is another way, but this is what I do.

Do you have the "Quick Export" option? On mine, I can select a grade, then click on the little arrow next to the "List Student" button [bottom right under the list of students] and use Quick Export to run any number of reports. I can give more detailed instructions if you do have Quick Export.
