Hello out there. I am from Miami, Florida. I belong to Davita. This company believes in approx 1 nurse to 20-25 patients. I ran this clinic by myself with up to 36 patients at one time, and it was hectic. At times, I felt stressed out with no help. How is the hospital system relating to PD there?

I used to be a PD nurse- 2 full time and one part time nurse(program director) for 78 pts- very unorganized, chaotic unit.

It was nuts.
