I posted on the LPN/LVN board and they suggested I come here. Our program had us buy the Davis review book and we're finding some "bad" answers. I mean, answers that seem to contradict what we've been taught. I see that ya'll think Saunders or Kaplan to be THE review books, but I'm wondering if anyone has had any experience with the Davis book?

There are quite a few "review books" out there that have incorrect answers and are inconsistent with their rationales for the correct answers.
I only recommend the Saunder's Comprehensive Review for the NCLEX-xx Exam. They do the best job in my opinion of explaining things, and the comprehensive review is an excellent resource book to have as well.

I haven't. I like Saunders personally. The information is presented in an organized manner.
Keep in mind that you'll probably never agree with all of the rationales in any one book.

I also would definitely recommend Saunders for your review no other.

I agree. Saunder's is very good for reviewing nursing content.

I used the Exam Cram. I guess we will see how much it helped when I get my results.
