Hi, there's still hope. Study A&P every single day, memorize all the new words and understand what've you've learned in class. Do this everyday, you cannot fall behind, it can get overwhelming. I'm taking A&P currently as well, and that's the strategy I use. Good luck.

Try the anatomy colouring book. It's sold in nearly every college/university bookstore.

I can't top the advice given by the previous two posters but it helped me to really spend time making sure I understood how each body system worked and it also helped to remember rules such as water follows salt etc. Anatomy is very, very time consuming but worth learning well. Good luck.

I took A&P last semester and the one thing that helped me were flash cards, write the word at the back, explanation infront, i could study anywhere i went without a big book. Like the other people said, you have to study everyday. Goodluck to you
thank you all for taking your time to respond! i will do my best to turn this around for myself.

Good luck to you...This may sound a little silly, but from reading other posts, some nurse students write the anatomical names on their own body with a market as a study aid! :nuke:
